Password Recovery on Member’s Website

To set a new your password on the members website follow this simple procedure.

STEP 1. Click on “Lost your password?” link on the login screen.

STEP 2. Enter your username or email address into the textbox. If you use an email address, use the address that CERT has on file for you.

Step 3: In your email, find the email titled, “[L.P. CERT Team Portal] Password Reset” You way need to check your SPAM folder to find this email. Click on the link to access the utility to reset your password.

STEP 4:  The Password Reset utility will suggest a password for you.  You can remove the password and enter a password of your choosing.

STEP 5: Please reset the hint on how to select a strong password. If you select a weak password, you are required to “Confirm the use of a weak password. 

WARNING: You may be held responsible if a hacker accesses the site via your account if you use a weak password.

Step 6: Click on the “Log In” link to access the login screen and login with your username and password.
